Ian Litterick
Executive Chairman and company founder. He has a degree from Oxford, a Diploma from LSE and an MBA from INSEAD in France. He is a member of the British Dyslexia Association’s New Technologies Committee (BDANTC) which exists to improve awareness of technological solutions to dyslexic difficulties. He represents the BDANTC on the Right to Read Campaign steering committee, which is lead by RNIB and promotes the accessibility needs of people with reading impairments.
Janine King
Managing Director. Janine joined iansyst in 2005 and is a Chartered Marketer with a Master's Degree in Strategic Marketing Management.
Janine is responsible for leading the strategic growth of iansyst in partnership with the Senior Management Team. Janine has introduced many new initiatives to iansyst to benefit both customers and staff. These have included creating specialist consultancy services and website information to help employers and dyslexic people in the workplace; introducing an account management team to support Needs Assessors and Educational Professionals as well as directing product innovation.

Focusing primarily on Windows Mobile development, Raspberry Software has developed a number of award winning consumer products, as well as working closely with local and international businesses to fulfil their specific requirements. Company Directors
Pete Jarvis
Pete is primarily responsible for design, architecture and coding within the organisation. Having completed a Masters degree in Electronic Engineering, he moved into software development. His previous experience includes many levels of software coding, including development, project management and Chief Architect of Enterprise level systems.
Andy Jeff
Andy is a User Interface and Usability specialist providing an essential end user focus to all of the Raspberry Software products. After gaining an Honours degree in Computer Science and Statistics, Andy specialized in software development for the Apple Macintosh and has since gained many years of experience of not only software engineering, but also managing large software projects.
Simon Hopper
Having completed his MBA, Simon gained experience in many disciplines necessary to run a successful software company. This experience includes software development, quality assurance, localization, documentation and project management. Simon performs much of the customer facing role within Raspberry Software and is responsible for ensuring high product quality that Raspberry Software is renowned for.
